Project: Sewer Improvements and Repairs

Bid Amount: $3,246,240.00

Contractor: Lyda Excavating, Inc.

We are pleased to announce that the Bid received from Lyda Excavating, Inc. has been selected for

providing construction services for the Vernonia Sewer Improvements and Repairs Project as described in

the Construction Documents. Upon opening of the Bids on May 3, 2024, Lyda Excavating, Inc. was the

lowest qualified bidder and the City of Vernonia intends to award the construction contract to them.

The 7-day comment period for the Intent to Award has passed with no comments received.

Following contract execution, a Notice to Proceed will be issued.
