The City of Vernonia is soliciting bids from a qualified company to provide equipment, materials, tools, labor, insurance, and licensure necessary to harvest and deliver logs. The City of Vernonia is seeking a per thousand price delivery based upon the size and types of logs produced and delivered to identified mills.

Solicitation documents may be obtained by contacting the City of Vernonia, 1001 Bridge St., Vernonia, OR97064, (503) 429-5291, or by clicking here. There is a mandatory pre-bid visit at 1 PM on December 2, 2020. Solicitation documents can be obtained at any time prior to the pre-bid visit.

Contract terms, conditions, and specifications can be reviewed at City Hall at the above address. The individual authorized by the City to receive offers is Josette Mitchell, City Administrator, 1001 Bridge Street. Bids are scheduled to be opened at 3:05 p.m. on December 9, 2020.
