New Sewer Winter Averages Take Effect This Month

Sewer customers may see a slight change in their utility bills this month. The sewer consumption rate is based on each customer’s winter average water consumption (Nov-Feb). The sewer consumption rate of $2.60 per 1000 gallons is not changing; just the amount billed for. Customers without 4 months of winter water consumption, and new customers are billed for 4700 gallons (average 3/4” monthly water average consumption).
