Job Title: Utility Billing Clerk / Receptionist
DEPARTMENT: Administration
REPORTS TO: City Administrator
EXEMPT/NON: Non-Exempt

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for maintaining customer utility accounts. This includes monthly billing, creating and sending delinquency notices, receiving payments, creating new accounts, regular review of accounts. Other duties include receptionist, customer service, and assist in other tasks as needed.
The successful candidate will be innovative, analytical, and creative in their approach to technology and problem solving techniques. Will have a positive attitude, the ability to be sympathetic while upholding the policies of the City and provide excellent internal and external customer service. Ability to work with other employees, agencies, officials, committees, and the general public.

The position will be 30-40 hours. Hourly wage will be $12 (plus benefits and PERS).
